Beloved husband of Wendy. Loving father of Craig (Claudia), Bridget Muiruri (Erik Schnetzer) and Kristen Penk. Dearest grandfather of Zoe, Brendan and Alexandra. Dear brother of Susan (Tim) and the late John (Amy). Uncle of Lindsay and Steven.  Retiree of Ford Motor Company. Gary cherished his time with his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. He had a love of cars and powerboating.  He will be missed my many family and friends. Gary's funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14th at the Dearborn Location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 22546 Michigan Ave., Dearborn, 48124. Gathering from 3:00 p.m. Interment will be Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at Cadillac Memorial Gardens, Westland, MI.
