Genevieve Ida Mae (nee Premeau) entered eternal life on July 4, 2024.  She was born September 13, 1925, and lived a satisfying and happy life.  Predeceased in 2004 by her spouse of 53 years, William Wilson Price. Believed to be the most wonderful Mother who ever lived, Genevieve's life of sacrifice for her "birds" has earned her a special place in heaven. Survived by her seven children, who all kept in constant contact with their Mom and each other: Carol Marshall (Ron), William Price Jr. (Nanette), Kathleen Bliss (George), Michael Price (Liza), Marianne Price (Jeff Seuss), Janice Price, Debra Dopke (George) and her brother-in-law Frank J. Dupuis. Also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  All of these blessings gave her the desire to keep contributing to life by writing her life stories while she could still remember them. Visitation Sunday, July 14 from 5:00-8:00pm at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home 22546 Michigan Ave. Funeral Mass Monday, July 15 at 11:00am, with viewing at 10:30-11:00am at Saint Mary Magdalene Church, 19624 Wood Street, Melvindale, MI. Immediately followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 25800 W. 10 Mile Road, Southfield, MI.

Gathering at the church begins at 10:30am.  Funeral procession will follow to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 25800 W. 10 Mile Road, Southfield, MI for entombment.
