Gerald "Jerry" E. Markel passed away on June 23, 2020 at the age of 78. Loving husband of Claudia. Dear father of Paul, Heather Strickland and James. Jerry loved sports. The Red Wings and the Tigers being at the top of his list. He has many fond memories going to Tiger's Stadium with his brother in his younger years. He never stopped rooting for the home team!
