Sister of the late Elaine.  Geri was the daughter of Steve and Stella Flowers born on March 24, 1941, in Standish, Michigan. She grew up in Dearborn, Michigan and graduated from Fordson High School. Upon graduation, she attended several colleges over 15 years and received a Master's Degree in Education and Child Development. She was employed by the Detroit Public School system in the Special Education Dept., and she loved teaching there for 30 years. Visitation Monday 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Dearborn Location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 22546 Michigan Ave. 48124.  Funeral Mass Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 13540 Gould St, Dearborn, MI 48126. Visitation Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Hedwig Cemetery. Rosary Monday 7:00 p.m.
