Survived by two step-daughters, Ilse Wenzel and Kristl Walek and their families, and family in Germany. Gus attained a PhD equivalent in automotive engineering and was a Ford Motor Company retiree. Funeral service Tuesday 11:00 am with visitation 9:30 am - 11:00 am at Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Interment at Parkview Memorial Cemetery. Memorial service Thursday 11:00 am with gathering 10:00 am at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 11423 Chicago Rd, Warren.
