Harold William Klein passed away peacefully on March 21, 2021 at the age of 83. Harold was born in Dearborn, MI to his parents Harold and Mary Klein on June 10, 1937. He was a graduate of Dearborn High School and Henry Ford Community College. He was hired as a Tool & Die apprentice for Ford Motor Company where he worked his way up to become a supervisor, and retired in 1999 after 41 ½ years. Harold enjoyed fishing and hunting, bowling, playing golf, and of course traveling to various places in the motorhome. He was also a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus. Harold is survived by his wife Lois of 61 years; granddaughter Ashley (Jeremy) Patrick; sisters Dorothy DeMaggio, Reita (John) Southard, Pat (Fred) Klein; as well as many nieces, nephews, and close family friends. Harold is preceded in death by his children Cheryl Klein-Varitek and Harold "Deuce" Klein, and his sisters Louise Marvel and Marge Kowalski. Visitation will be at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 2-8pm, with the funeral service at 7:30pm. In respect to the executive order, visitation for Mr. Klein will be limited to 25 visitors at a time. Please be patient as you wait your turn to greet the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Harold's name to the Penrickton Center for Blind Children.
