Helen Louise Tarys passed away peacefully on may 18th, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Beloved wife of the late Edward.

Loving mother of Gregory, Kimberly, Andrea and Pamela.

Dear grandmother of Laura, Christopher and Nicholas.

Great grandmother of Ahmed, Yasmeen and Raellonna.

Dear sister of Victoria, Dorothy, Caroline and the late John.

Beloved daughter of the late John and Pauline Novinsky.

Helen was a very caring and devoted woman to her family and friends and very close to God. She dedicated her life to taking care of her family by working hard with the family business for nearly 50 years.

Helen was a woman of many interests. Every morning you could find Helen at Vic Tanny swimming in the pool or working out in the gym.

She was also a talented sewer and made much of her own clothing and draperies for her home.

Helen was an excellent cook and loved having her family over for holiday meals.

Helen devoted much of her time to help the Felician Sisters at the mother home located on the grounds of Madonna University. Many of her friends became sisters. Helen had thoughts of perhaps becoming a Felician Sister herself.

Helen will be missed by many as she was the best friend to her family.  Her compassion, heart and dedication will be missed by all.
