Payne, Herbert age 84 , of River Rouge, passed away Sunday May 29, 2011. Preceded in death by his Loving wife Hattie Payne, and by daughter Elizabeth Thomas. Survived by her children JoAnn (John) Baril, Aneta Payne, Gary Payne and Kellie (Todd) Esterline. Grandaughter Melissa Green and Great Grandaughter Taylor Green.
