Albertson, Ida S., died Friday, Oct. 23, 2009. Preceded in death by her father Alexander Sr., mother Katherine and brother, Alexander Shuba. Survived by her loving daughter, Cynthia (Sam) Taylor, her grandson, Brian Taylor and her brother, John Shuba. Ida was a Wave in the U.S. Navy, a lunch aide at Carr Elementary and Foster Grandparent for the Lincoln Park Public Schools. Visitation will be 2-8pm Tuesday at J.L. Peters Funeral Home.
