Age 90. Mr. Diamond passed away at his home in Southgate, Michigan on May 24, 2007. Mr. Diamond was born in Lawrence County, Kentucky on April 20, 1917 to John R. and Gracie Diamond of Louisa, Kentucky. He was retired from General Motors and was preceded in death by his wife, Tula Diamond, seven brothers and two sisters. Survivors include one daughter, Linda (James) Caudill of Brownstown Twp., Michigan, two grandchildren, James (Alicia) Caudill, great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Patrick Hawkins, Jimmy, Morgan and Curtis Caudill. A host of nieces, nephews and friends also survive. He will be greatly remembered and forever missed, but he is home now, and that is all we could ever ask for.
