Irene Stead Panter December 27, 2020. Age 100 of Dearborn. Wife of the late Henry F. Panter. Loving mother of William (Anne) Panter, Henry F. Panter Jr., Craig Panter, and Mari (Edward) Kisch. Devoted grandmother to Emily (Travis) Dixon, Luisa (Brad) Urban, John (Sara) Panter, Meghan (Michael) Pace, Margaret Panter, John Kisch, and Sarah Kisch. Cherished great grandmother to Benjamin, Ruby, Clark, Jane, Calvin, and Dean. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother William Stead and sister Barbara McWhorter. Irene graduated in 1938 from the Edison Institute. She shared many wonderful memories of her school years at Greenfield Village, making the Village a favorite family destination. The family would like to thank Irene's devoted caregivers for their exceptional care and support; Yvonne Williams, Florence Goldsmith, Kim Culbreath, and Jan Forsythe.
