Gathering at church Saturday 9:30 a.m. Visitation will be Friday 4-9 p.m. at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Irene was a dedicated public school teacher for 40 years.  She had a passion for the arts as she was an actress and also danced (both Modern and Ballet). She was an active member of the Red Hat Society, expressed her creativity through ceramics and was an avid traveler.  Most importantly Irene was a woman of faith who was devoted to her children.

In respect to the executive order, visitation for Irene will be limited to 25 visitors at a time. Please be patient as you wait your turn to greet the family. Please leave an online condolence to comfort the family.
