James H. Bullard passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late Sandra Bullard. Loving father of Sherri Bullard, and Linc (Ashley) Bullard. Cherished grandfather of Breanna, and Keith Douglas. Dearest brother of Lillie (Terry) Lamoreaux. Proud uncle of Tricia (Keith) Williams, Orville (Kristi) Kiser. Great uncle of Kayla Owens and many others.

Distinguished Vietnam Veteran with the United States Army and then went on to serve in the United States Air Force. He was a life member of the VFW where he served many offices.
