James E. Frasier, age 80 of Lincoln Park passed away peacefully April 10, 2018. Preceded in death by his parents Elbert and Dorothy Frasier. Survived by his loving wife Joan, his children Kim (Dwayne) Newsome, Debbie (Stew) Howell and James (Sandy) Frasier. Six grandchildren; Brandon Newsome, Steven Newsome, Jimmy Howell, Sammi Howell, Courtney Newsome and Emmalee Frasier. Jim was a retired Lincoln Park police officer and a U.S. Army Veteran. He loved his family, especially attending all of the grandchildren's activities. Visitation Thursday, April 12th, 1-8pm and Friday, April 13th 9:00am until time of services at 10:00am at J.L.
