James Lawrence of Dearborn passed away on June 24 ^th , 2019 at the age of 74.

Beloved husband of Carol for 52 years.

Loving dad of Carrie and James (Emilee).

Proud papa of Kalin and Henry.

Also survived by his brother, Paul, and sister, Barbara Kadoura as well as many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Susan as well as his brother, Frank, and sister, Mary Louise Kasuda.

Jim graduated from Fordson High School in Dearborn in 1963. He began his career at General Motors right after graduation at the age of 18 and retired in 1998. Jim enjoyed golfing in his free time and he especially loved spending time with his family.

Visitation on Thursday, June 27 ^th , from 3:00PM to 9:00PM at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave.  Scripture Service at 7:00PM on Thursday.

Funeral mass on Friday, June 28 ^th , 11:00AM (instate 10:00AM) at St. Kateri Catholic Church located at 16101 Rotunda Dr. in Dearborn.
