James M. Buchanan passed away on November 26, 2021 at the age of 98. Beloved Husband of the late Betty Buchanan. Loving Father of James (Thea) Buchanan, the late Jacquelyn Black, and the late Keary Buchanan. Loving Stepfather of Carol. Cherished Grandfather of 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 2:00-8:00PM and the service will be held Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:00AM located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel 9800 S Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180. James will be interred at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit, MI.
