James Henry Newsom Age 85 of Taylor passed Thursday April 28th 2022.

James was preceded in death by his wife Patricia to whom he married when he was 19.

James leaves behind his Loving Daughter Dianna (the late Paul) Battistone; Beloved Grandchildren Shelby (Nick) Hook and Dylan (Jodi Jones) Battistone; and Cherished Great Grandchildren Carsyn Hook, Mavericks Hook & Lincoln Battistone.

James was a retired Ladle Operator at McLouth Steel in Trenton. He enjoyed being outside, and he always looked forward to eating the first homegrown tomato from his garden. James loved & adored his grand & great grandchildren, he always talked about them to anyone he had a conversation with. He will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 2:00PM at Allen Road Missionary Church located at 16388 Allen Road Taylor, Michigan 48180.
