James W. Peters sadly passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Mary "Meme" for 47 years. Loving father of James (Destinie Bradford) Peters, Michael (Christina Cox) Peters. Cherished grandfather of Kaydence. Dear brother of Nancy VanderLinde, Kay Vasilco, Sue (Carl) Mansdrof, Vicki (Paul) Cauthen, and Lois (Mike) Michalik. Brother in law of Dan (Barb) Bradley, Henry (Kathy) Bradley, Catherine Morgan, Michael Bradley, Patrick Bradley, Thomas Bradley, Robert (Cathy) Bradley, Brian Bradley, Dennis (Elizabeth) Gonzoles, and the late Charles Bradley.

Jim was known as a hard worker and provider for the family. He was an electrician for 40 years and took great pride in his job. One of his favorite places to visit was their family vacation home in Tawas, Michigan. Jim loved boating, golfing, and playing pool. He was the best cook, everyone looked forward to having Jim's shrimp cocktail sauce at all the holiday parties. He was the best husband, father, and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 1:00-4:00PM and the Memorial Service will be held at 4:00PM located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel 9800 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180.
