James Lonzo Pinson, age 94, died May 24, 2018. Preceded in death by his beloved wife Lillian May Pinson. James leaves behind his loving son James (Alicea) Pinson, daughters; Debbie (Steve) Peters and Donna Flores. Grandchildren; Alicia Pinson, George (Sarah) Hotham, Jessica (Jeremy) Ross, Joe Flores and Brie (Chris) Walker. Great grandchildren; Megan (Robert) Watson, Justin (Joyelle) Okurowski, Jared (Danielle) Johnson, Sidney Ross and Janie Hotham. Great-great grandchildren Mia Okurowski and James Okurowski and his sister Lodean Adkins. James was a proud veteran of WWII. Visitation Wednesday May 30, 2018, 1:00pm – 8:00pm, and Thursday 10:00am until Services at 11:00am at  J.L. Peters Funeral Home, 3880 Fort St., Lincoln Park (313-928-6500).
