Javier Antonio
Trent
October 31, 1989 – December 17, 2018
It is with deepest sorrow, we announce that Javier Antonio Trent, age 29 our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend was taken from us suddenly on Monday, December 17, 2018 in Newport, Mi. Those who knew Javier, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Javier will be missed everyday by his Mother, Evelin Baez sisters Celia (Wendy) Baez, Holly Trent and Michelle Curnan, brother Miguel Baez, and his loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many, many great friends. We know Javier is now with his Father, George "Butch" Trent and the love of his life Amy Sandusky.
Javier was born to Evy and Butch on October 31, 1989, in Detroit, MI.; Javier was the proud Uncle of 13 nieces and nephews Mariah, Dayton, Kyre, Jaiden, Elijah, Miguel, O'Miricle, Lilliana, Cam'Marie, Little Elijah, Gage, Hunter and Maddison. He was a Great Uncle that always made time to play, wrestle and even step in and dress up to attend Daddy Daughter Dances and Date Nights in his brothers absence.
His loved ones will always reminisce about his ever-present smile and the warmth, depth and intelligence behind it.
Most of all, they recall the sheer pleasure of his company, how good he made them feel, how free they were to be themselves around him, and how much they will miss him.
Javier cared about people in the purest way. He loved them for who they were and because he wished the best for them, without guile and without asking anything in return.
"What you saw was always what you got with him, and what you saw – if you were lucky enough to be his friend – was a truly delightful, generous, easy-going, fun-loving kind human being."
Javier had so much goodness, so much capacity to bring happiness to others and such a bright future. The world is a lesser place without him.
