ROOMIAN, Jeannette "Jan" Born March 23, 1937. Passed away August 31, 2008 after battling cancer for two years. Loving wife of Ron for 40 years. Dear sister of Joyce Ray Hammill, Darl Welda Gilbert, Carl Linda Gilbert and the late Gerald and Orlin Gilbert. Sister-in-law to Ellen. She leaves many nieces and nephews to mourn and held in fond memory by other family members and friends. Funeral 10 am Saturday at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Visitation 5-9 pm Friday. Memorials to Karmanos Cancer Institute.
