John E. Hull - Age 74 passed away at his home on April 2, 2024 surrounded by family.

John grew up in Dearborn Heights, Michigan.  He graduated from Lowrey High School in 1967 where he excelled in academics and athletics.  He then went to Eastern Michigan where he again excelled in academics and football.  He was a standout on the football field and won many awards.  He graduated with a degree in English Literature.  John and his brother, Jerry, and their father John Sr. started Hull Bros. Rental in 1976 and in 1981, John took over Garden City Rental.

John loved boating and University of Michigan football.  Family and friends will carry memories of sharing those times with John forever.

Loving husband of Debbie.

Son of the late John Holmer Hull and Dorothy Pearl Furgerson.

Beloved brother of Jerry (Gloria), Sharon, Doug (Kathy) and Don (Pat).

Dearest stepfather of Lynn (Roger), Cathy (Brian) and step grandfather of Sarah, Anna, Joe and Lindsey.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Monday, April 8, 2024 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm with a service at 4:00pm at the Dearborn location of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan  48124
