John Joseph King passed away on May 25, 2022 at the age of 86.

Beloved husband of Margaret for 57 happy years. Dear father of Michael (Carrie). Proud grandfather of John and Avery.

John was born in Clifton, Ireland and immigrated to the United States with his family at a young age. He proudly served in the U.S. Army for six years. While serving his country, he attained his American citizenship. He laid down roots with Margaret in Dearborn and worked hard through life in the construction business to support his family.

Visitation at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home on Thursday, June 2, 2-7pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 3, 1:00pm.

Interment will take place at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
