Beloved wife of the late Joseph.
Dearest mother of Stan.
Dear grandmother of Theresa Rutherford, Julie Valicenti, Nicholas Valicenti, and Shiloh Samara.
Loving great-grandmother of Alexx Rutherford, and Savannah Samara.
Precious sister of Dolores Higgins and the late Violet Sulfaro, Julia's twin.
Also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation Wednesday, September 21, 2016, 4:00pm-9:00pm and Thursday, September 22, 2016, 1:00pm-9:00pm at the Taylor Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 S. Telegraph Road. There will be a Rosary at 7:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
Prayers at the funeral home on Friday, September 23, 2016 10:30 with the Funeral Mass at 11:00 at St. Alfred Catholic Church, 9500 Banner, Taylor.
Burial at Michigan Memorial Park, Flat Rock.
