Kathleen Ann Zajac, age 66 of Southgate, passed away September 29, 2018. Kathleen will be missed by her loving husband John Zajac Jr., daughter Amy Zajac, son John Zajac, her sister Judith (Richard) Davis and several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Thursday 11:30am - 1:00pm with funeral services at 1:00pm at J.L.
