Ken Chaushoff, a beloved resident of Dearborn, Michigan, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, dedication, and cherished memories. Born and raised in Dearborn, Ken attended Edsel Ford High School before graduating from Scottsdale High School in Scottsdale, AZ. He then spent some time at Arizona State University where he made the decision to serve his country with honor in the United States Air Force. In 1972, Ken married the love of his life, Tami Chaushoff. Together, they built a beautiful family and welcomed their son, Charles Chaushoff, in 1977. Ken was a devoted husband and father, always placing his family at the center of his life. Ken had a passion for fishing and martial arts, and he found great joy in the annual family camping trips at Camp Dearborn. He also had a deep appreciation for movies and doo-wop music, often sharing his love for these with friends and family. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Tami; his son, Charles; his grandson, Lukas ;and his sister, Marilyn Porstman. His legacy will continue through the memories shared by all who knew and loved him. Ken will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by his family and friends. His spirit, kindness, and enthusiasm for life will remain in our hearts forever.

A visitation will be held at the Dearborn location of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services on Wednesday, July 3rd, starting at 10:30am until the time of service at 12:30pm. Immediately following the service, everyone is invited to meet the family at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens (43300 W 12 Mile Rd, Novi, MI 48377) where a committal and military honors will be rendered before burial. Approximate time of service will be 2:45pm at the cemetery.
