Larry Dean Hutcherson, age 69, of Dearborn, MI, passed away on May 10, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones.

Larry was born in Detroit, MI, on October 31, 1953 to parents Joe Roy Sr. and Wanda (Pearson) Hutcherson. With his parents and older brother Joe Roy Jr. (Donna), he grew up living in Tennessee, Oakdale, and Detroit. While living in Detroit he made a lifelong friend in John Kotzian. At the age of 17, he enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. He served proudly as a Marine, achieving the rank of Sergeant. After his enlistment, he began a career in a variety of skill trades, and retired from GM after 25 years.

He married his wife Carol (Anderson) on September 13, 1980, and had four children, Natalie, Rachel, Amy, and Larry. He was also a proud Papa of six grandchildren, Kayla, Jacob, Nathaniel, Connor, Gabriel, and Jonathan.

Throughout his life, Larry enjoyed a variety of hobbies including paintball, shooting, four wheeling, painting, camping up north, traveling to see his brother in Tennessee, and sitting on the porch with his Budweiser and pipe. He was loved by many for his quick wit, banter, and what we affectionately called his "Hutchersonisms".

Larry Dean will be missed by all of his loved ones, but leaves a memorable legacy behind.  Memorial Service details coming soon. Arrangements for cremation entrusted to Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
