Leon Ray Kroeger Age 88 of Taylor passed away May 29, 2002.

Leon was the Beloved Husband of the Late Nancy for over 60 years.  He is the Loving Father of Denise(the late Michael)Crowe, and the late Dawn(Donald)Hibble. Leon is also the Proud Grandfather of 6 and Great Grandfather of 9.

Leon was a gifted accordion player that loved music. It was through music that Leon met Nancy. Leon also loved to fish and work on cars. He loved polka music and his favorite artist was Frankie Yankovic. Leon had the best sense of humor, he loved to embarrass you whenever he had the chance. He was an honest person...sometimes too honest! Leon worked at Chrysler for 30 years and was a proud veteran from the National Guard. He was well traveled, his favorite place he visited was Hawaii. He always talked about going back.

He will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 6:00-8:00pm and a rosary at 7:00pm at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home Taylor Chapel 9800 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 9:30am in-state and mass will begin at 10:00am at Our Lady of the Angels 6442 Pelham Rd. Taylor, MI 48180. Interment will be at Michigan Memorial Park Cemetery in Flat Rock, MI.
