Larry will be remembered for his tenacious discipline for overcoming obstacles and unhealthy habits over his lifetime. He met each day and concluded each day with a conversation and prayer with God. Above all, he was a hard-working good man who loved his family, his life and believed in giving his all to everything he touched.

He Will also be remembered for his curiosity and quest for understanding and knowledge of all types of things. He was preceded in death by his love, Cathy Weatherford. Beloved father of Rhonda Costigan, Kristine Weatherford and Leonard James Costigan JR. Loving grandfather of Amber Costigan, Reagan Thole, Amber Weatherford and Anthony Turco and proud great grandfather.  Dear brother of Don and Pat Frazier. Also leaves behind many extended family members and friends that all love him so dearly.
