Leroy Tibbs, 82 of Lincoln Park, passed away on October 07, 2025. Beloved husband of Deretha for 64 years. Father of George W. Tibbs. Grandfather of Buddy Leroy Tibbs. Brother of Phyllis Tibbs and the late Monroe Tibbs. Brother-in-law of Veronda Sue Ratliff. Leroy was a carpenter; he also loved working outdoors and helping everyone, especially his neighbors, with their lawn and snow removal.
