Lila M. Templeman, age 89, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021.

Beloved Wife of the late Arthur.

Dearest Mother of Mark (Hazel) Peacock, Cheryl (Paul) Herbon, the late James Peacock and the late Elizabeth Yost.

Dear Step-Mother of Theresa Pociask and Michael Templeman.

Loving Grandmother of Samantha, Kathryn, Marc, Christopher, Alex and Ian.

Precious Great-Grandmother of Cole, Evelyn and Charles.

Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Dear Sister of the late Leland Vandecar, Lena Conklin, Gerald Vandecar, Doreene McLeod, Kenneth Vandecar, Shirley Olson and Barbara Mitchell.

Lila gave back to the community and her friends and always put others before herself.  She taught 2nd and 3rd grade for over 30 years in Dearborn Heights District #7.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gleaners Food Bank or Forgotten Harvest.

Visitation is going to be at the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 9800 Telegraph Road, Taylor, Michigan, on Sunday, February 21st, from 1:00pm until 6:00pm.  Funeral Service will be private for family only.

Burial will be at Hillside Cemetery in Belleville.
