Loving wife of 49 years to William C. Darbe Sr. who proceeded her in death April 4, 1995.

Dear mother to William C. Darbe Jr. (Manette) of TN, Chris (Brian) Goldswothy of NC, Wendy (Mark) Nelson of MI and Mark (Cindy) Darbe of MI.

Sister to the late Egor (Marianne) Noutko, the late Ida (Chuck) Lillie and her surviving brother Ted (Jean) Noutko.

Survived by her loving niece, who was more like a good daughter to Lillian, Joann (Carravallah) Downing (Merrill).

Along with raising her family, Lillian worked 25 years with the Dearborn schools as a lunchroom supervisor at Lapham and Long elementary. Proper behavior was a must under her watch and care. "Avon Calling" Lillian was an Avon Representative in West Dearborn for over 20 years. Her natural beauty and her elegant manner made her a successful sales woman.

Lillian's faith and her daily walk with God shined with her work at her church, Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Dearborn, singing in the choir, teaching Sunday school or taking her grandkids to vacation bible school. She also enjoyed working in the kitchen.

She was very active in her community showing leadership with the boy scouts and girl scouts.

The legacy she leaves is her elegance, poise, strength, kindness, support, thoughtfulness, warm heartedness, loyalty and compassion for all of us to follow.
