Loretta Fay Mitchell, age 70 of Lincoln Park, died March 20, 2017. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Carl Mitchell. Survived by her loving children; son Robert and daughter Lisa, her grandson Cole and brother Terry Radloff.  Visitation Monday 4-8pm at J.L.
