Lucille Anne
Heller
January 10, 1943 – February 8, 2022
Lucille Anne Heller sadly passed away on February 8, 2022 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Joseph for 56 years. Mother of Joseph (Lulu), Jeffery (Lynea), Licia (Joe), and Tina (Troy). Loving grandmother of Zachary, Alyssah, Marie, Justin, Jacob, Ariel, and Jaden. Lucille's also survived by sisters Mary Lynn and Carole, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She's preceded in death by parents Alfred and Lucia Levesque, sisters Janet and Trudy, brothers Joseph and Ronald, and granddaughter Angelica. Lucille "Lucy" Anne Heller (née Levesque) was born January 10th, 1943 and was raised in the Downriver area. After meeting Joseph, they wed in 1965 and their firstborn son came shortly after. Following a brief move to Alpena, they relocated to Taylor where they continued to build their lives and family together. Lucy would go on to have 3 more children and became a master homemaker. She had a knack for nurturing her loved ones, always making sure her family was fed with her homemade cooking and that they were happy above all else. Outside of her family, she loved to watch TV, do anything craft related, bake, go for long walks, and play bingo or an occasional poker game with her girls. On top of all this, Lucille was a phenomenal seamstress and adored her sewing machine. Lucy was a fiercely independent and opinionated woman, but she never underestimated the value or support of her friends and family. She was always interested in and remained inquisitive about what everyone was up to whenever they'd call or drop in for a visit. She loved sharing a cup of coffee with others and offered anyone who walked through the door a meal or dessert she'd just whipped up. Lucille cared immensely for everybody in her life and made effort to show it in various ways. Lucille had a beautiful and full life. She will be missed tremendously.
