Our hearts are mourning the loss of a kind, warm-hearted, and compassionate woman full of life, love, and care for her family and friends: Marcia Susan Miskey. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June of 2024, her battle ended a year and a half later in December of 2025. In her remaining time with us, her family wanted to make sure that she was happy, traveling and seeing the beauty and wonder of the world around her. She was blessed to spend her remaining days surrounded by people who loved her.

Marcia was a beautiful soul who touched the lives of many in so many ways. Whether it was her consistent support and fearless loyalty to her closest friends and family, the gentle and soothing way she'd wrap her arms around you in an embrace that made everything okay, or the goofy and playful demeanor that she presented when she felt completely comfortable with you, she had a way of making someone's day.

While her final wishes were not to be viewed, she did want to be cremated and her remains buried quietly in Fairview, Michigan, a favorite place of hers. In these difficult times, the family is reaching out to the people who knew her and had a place for her in their hearts with the hope of receiving a small donation in lieu of flowers, to help assist in the burial expenses as well as medical bills that have accumulated over the past year and a half.
