Margaret Dolores Kakish passed away at home on April 16, 2024 at the age of 94.

Beloved mother of Katherine "Kathy" Kakish, Lisa (David Bjerregaard) Kakish, Nancy (Kayed) Almasarweh, Steven (Hiba) Kakish, Linda (Joseph) Gondoly and Siham Kakish. Proud grandmother of Zaid, Laith, Diana, Kevin, Jenna, Christine, and Tamir. Dear sister of Peter Howes and the late John Howes. Also survived by her nephews, Kenneth (Maria) Howes and Stanley Howes.

Margaret was an avid reader, loved to do puzzles, and was a devout Christian and member of Inter-City Baptist Church in Allen Park. Above all, Margaret was described by her family as a gentle, wonderful, loving, and kind mother and grandmother.

A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Inter-City Baptist Church (4700 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A gathering at the church will take place 10am-11am.

Interment at Cadillac Memorial Gardens West.
