KOCH, Margaret Lorraine, age 73, of Dearborn, MI died peacefully June 24, 2013. Born on June 25, 1939, in Mountain City, TN to Mary Berlin (Grindstaff) and R. Clyde Wilson. She grew up in Mountain City, graduating from Johnson County High School in 1957 and attended East Tennessee State University and then transferred to the University of Tennessee where she graduated in 1961. After graduation she moved to Gary, IN where she was a school teacher. She then moved to Dearborn, MI and pursued her food service career first with the Federal Reserve Bank of Detroit and later with Ford Motor Company and Jacobson's. She married Edward Koch on August 27, 1977 and they had 12 happy years together. She also enjoyed cooking, traveling, and going to the theater with her friends. When her health began to deteriorate, she moved to Henry Ford Village. Surviving relatives include two brothers, Lowell (Louise) Wilson of Bristol, TN and Kenneth Wilson of Lenoir NC; three sisters, Jean (Donald) Mayberry of Dearborn, MI, Mary (Donald) Collins of Rainbow Lake, NY, and Oleen (Edward) Aguirre of Dearborn, MI; step-daughter Donna (George) Hardy of Warren, MI; step-son Ed (Jane) Koch; granddaughter Elizabeth Koch of Bowie, MD; nieces Sarah (Matthew) Morawski of Dearborn, MI and Donelle (Joseph) Buratto of Beverly Hills, MI; and nephews Richard Wilson of Butler, TN and Teradon (Caryn) Collins of Woburn, MA. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, younger brother Terry Wilson and sister-in-law Sharon Wilson. A funeral service will be Thursday, June 27, 2013 11:00 am at First Baptist Church of Dearborn. Visitation will be at the Dearborn Chapel of the Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 2:00 to 9:00 pm.
