Margaret E. Strachan of Dearborn, Michigan, sadly passed away on April 19, 2025, at the age of 92.

Margaret was married to the love of her life, Gilbert Strachan, for 69 wonderful years. She was a loving mother to Robin McGinnis and Peggy Cote, and a caring mother-in-law to Tim Cote.

She was a proud and devoted Grandma to Brian (Tara) Blesener, Heidi (William) Miller, Margaret (Nelson) LeBlanc, and Claire (Nick) Bassham.

To her 13 great-grandchildren — lovingly called "My Greats" — she was their cherished Gee Gee: Colin, Ian, and Evan Blesener; Liberty, William, Grace, Zackary, Maximus, and Xavier Miller; Emmett and Gabriel LeBlanc; and Brandon and Bradie Bassham.

Margaret's love, warmth, and joyful spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. She leaves behind a lifetime of beautiful memories, laughter, and unwavering love.

A celebration of her life will be held on April 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m, at Cherry Hill Presbyterian Church, 24110 Cherry Hill Street, Dearborn, Michigan. All who loved her are welcome to join in honoring her memory.
