Bechtel, Marguerite R. age 96 Died January 21, 2016 at her home in Henry Ford Village. Beloved wife of the late Norman J. Bechtel for 55 years.  Loving mother of Jim (Marcia), Douglas, Norma (Robert) Hummerstone and the late Donna Duffield. Dearest grandmother of Jennifer Kwapis (Greg), Mark Duffield (Cherie), Matthew Duffield, Jane Duffield (Paul Pioszak), Amanda Martin and Tad Martin. Dear great grandmother of Emma Rose, Morgan, Emma Jean, Ezra, Samuel, Benjamin, Kamryn and Andrew.  Sister of Wayne Jones and Phyllis Staggs. Marguerite was a former member of Denton Methodist Church. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a positive outlook on life. She had an interesting career in the Federal Government working at the Thirtieth Air Division, National Weather Service and Federal Aviation Agency. She and Norman enjoyed many happy retirement years in Ocala, Florida. Eight years ago Marguerite moved to the Henry Ford Village in Dearborn and enjoyed being part of the community there.  Memorial service Saturday, February 27th 1:00 p.m.  at the Henry Ford Village Chapel in Dearborn, Gathering from 12:30 p.m. Howe-Peterson.com
