Maria Diane (Moceri) Hoehner

Maria (Mary) Hoehner was born in Dearborn, Michigan on April 6, 1956 to the late Dominic and Pearl Moceri.

The goodness of God's grace was given to Mary when she was united in marriage with James E. Hoehner on January 23, 1976 in Dearborn, Michigan. The Lord blessed their 43 years of marriage with three devoted daughters; Candice, Germaine, and Laura.

The Lord received her with open arms into his kingdom on June 11, 2019 surrounded by her family at the age of 63.

Those who remain to cherish her memory and serve the Lord in his life are her beloved husband, James, children, Candice Lamb, Germaine Hoehner, Laura Hoehner-Dane and her husband Brandon Dane; three grandchildren, Christian James Lamb, Sophia Rose Lamb and Victoria Elizabeth Lamb; brothers and sisters Joseph (Patty) Moceri, Walter (Marilyn) Moceri, Dominic (Sherry) Moceri, Gerard (Maria) Moceri, Pearl (Dean) Tonti. Maria was also very fond of her fifteen nieces and nephews, seventeen grand nieces and nephews, and grandpuppies Devo and Bear.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 14 ^th , from 3:00PM to 9:00PM (with Holy Rosary at 7:00PM) at the Dearborn Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home, 22546 Michigan Ave. Funeral will be Saturday, June 15 ^th , at 11:00AM (10:00AM viewing) at St. Michael's Lutheran Church located at 7000 North Sheldon Rd., (between Ford Rd. and Warren) Canton, Michigan. She will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park in Livonia, Michigan.

Memorials in her honor may be made out to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or to Friends for Animals of Metro Detroit .
