Maria Del Rosario De Alba, of Romulus, passed away peacefully in her home April 10th, 2018.

She joins her husband Juan in eternal rest.
Beloved mother of Arnulfo, Margarita, Beto, Gloria, Tere, Martin, and Mona.
Cherished grandmother to Mary, Chachin, Lizzy, Alex, Joey, Adelita, Josue, Chuyito, Julissa, Jessica, Armando, Daisy, Krystal, Angelito, Sandy, Wendy, Charlie, Vanessa, Nathaly, Martincito, Esteban, Andrea, JP, Ricky, Emmanuel, and Bernadette.
Caring great-grandmother to 13.

She will be missed by many close friends and family.

Maria was such a generous soul. Everyone whose life she touched loved and respected her. She had no interest in material things and would rather give to those she loved. She was a practiced seamstress and dabbled in drawing and singing. Maria was a joyous light to so many.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 14th from 2:00-8:00pm and Sunday, April 15th from 1:00-8:00pm at the Taylor Chapel of Howe-Peterson Funeral Home located at 9800 Telegraph. Funeral mass will be Monday, April 16th, 10:30am instate until time of service at 11:00am at St. Stephen's Catholic Church at 18858 Huron River, New Boston. Commital services will follow at Our Lady of Hope Cemetery.
