Minck, Marie. November 21, 2014. Age97. Of Dearborn. Loving Sister of Helene Zuk, Jeanette Warminski (deceased), and Henry Minckiewicz (deceased), and Aunt of Patricia (Jim) Powell, Lauri (Raymond) Rodriguez, Margaret Warminski, Henry (Kathy) Minckiewicz, Maria (David) Kressley, Matthew Minckiewicz, Mark (Kay) Minckiewicz along with numerous grandnephews and grandnieces. Marie was the daughter of Edmund and Mary Minckiewicz and born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She served in the U.S. Navy during WWII as a Pharmacist Mate 3rd Class in Pensacola, FL. After her tour of duty she received her degrees in Psychology (B.S. in 1947), and Clinical Psychology (M.A. in 1949) from Wayne State University. Her professional life was spent in schools in various Michigan communities. She loved art, tennis, and driving. She was a great inspiration to all members of her family and will be missed.
