Hofmeister, Marion A. (Nee Unhold). Passed away peacefully September 26, 2015 at the age of 93. She was born November 22, 1921 in Detroit. MI. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 67 years, Carl. She is survived by their 8 children; Glenn (Kathy), Paul (Martha), Mark (Marcia), Tim, Marty (Sandi), Karen, Renee Barrett, and John (Liz). She was a proud grandmother of 18 and great grandmother of 13. She was very active in the Lutheran church. A memorial service is scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2015 at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church at 11:00 am. with family visitation at 10:00 am. (14175 Farmington Road, Livonia, MI). In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice.
