Marvin A. Ritthaler, of Lincoln Park, passed away at the age of 83 on July 31, 2022.  Marvin was born to Henry and Edna of Lincoln Park, MI on August 7, 1938.  Marvin was an Ironworker, in Local 25 and a custodian for Lutheran High West, Detroit.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter, loved to camp and to be in the outdoors.

Marvin was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald and Henry.  He is survived by his loving wife Joan (Bowie) Ritthaler, of 62 years, his sister Elaine (Monroe) Ayers, his children Mark (Linda Maahs) Ritthaler, Cynthia (Roderick) Socull, John Ritthaler, Matthew (Lisa) Ritthaler, Rachel (David) Jaroszewicz, Jeffrey (Carrie) Ritthaler, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 3320 Electric Ave., Lincoln Park on Saturday, August 6, 2022, with visitation @ 10 am and a Celebration of Life @ 11 am.
