Mary Jo Schave

Mary Jo Schave was called home to our Lord on Saturday, July 16th, 2022 at the age of 87.
She was born to Henry and Katherine Parisot on June 9th, 1935 in Calumet, Michigan. She resided in the
upper peninsula until 1950 when the family moved to Lincoln Park. She graduated from Lincoln Park
High school in 1953. As her girls grew, she took a job in the cash office at the Lincoln Park Sears store.
She retired in the early 1990's. She and her husband, Ted loved to eat out. They were known regulars at
all the local eateries. Mary Jo loved to cook but was so hard to cook for.
Loving mother and grandmother to Laura Eldredge and Lynn Julien (Gary), 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ted, and grandson Christopher. She is missed already.

Visitation Thursday 2-8 pm at J.L. Peters Funeral Home, 3880 Fort Street, Lincoln Park. 313-928-6500.
