Mary O. Scherrer (McGahey), 90, of Dearborn, Michigan, passed away on July 27, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Clement F. Scherrer.

She was born on June 4, 1931, a lifelong resident of Dearborn, daughter of the late Thomas and Olwen McGahey.

Mary worked for Ford Motor Company off and on for 30 years. She loved to sew and had a passion for the game of golf. She frequently reminded us of her two, not one, hole-in-ones and proudly displayed her certificates on a prominent wall in her home. Her infectious smile and beautiful soul touched everyone she met, leaving smiles and fond memories in her wake.

Mary was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, daughter, and friend. She is survived by a son, Robert J. Scherrer of Dearborn, MI, a daughter, Karen M. (Scherrer) Stern and her husband, Michael K. Stern of Steamboat Springs, CO, and a granddaughter, Kelly M. Stern, of Broomfield, CO, and numerous loving relatives.
