Matthew Zalenski, age 43, passed away before his time on April 19, 2024 at home.

He is the beloved son of Lisa Zalenski. Dear nephew of Veronica (Steve) Dunbar, the late Joan (Brian) Dugay, and the late Richard Zalenski. Loving cousin of Jody Dunbar. Best friend to Matt Stahl. Matthew was predeceased by his grandparents, "Ski" and Frances.

Matthew had a kind and loving soul. He had a special relationship with his grandpa Ski and spent a large part of his life caring for and looking after Ski when Ski developed a long illness.

He had a love for animals and taking care of them. He and his family have fostered and adopted many rescue dogs, especially Greyhounds. He leaves behind his loyal dog, Juicy Lucy.

Matthew enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, taking road trips, and playing video games. He leaves behind a lasting love and legacy with those who had the opportunity to love him back.
