Ivey II, Melvin Rudolph, "Peeshooter" was born to Melvin Rudolph Ivey, Sr., and Christine Ivey on October 14, 1970. He went home to be with the Lord on January 6, 2008. He was a teacher for Detroit Public Schools at Malcolm X Academy for 11 years. He loved his students and family. Melvin is survived by his wife: Sharmayne, his children: Melvin III, Sharmella, Muhammad, Michala and Cheyenne, his parents, his sister, Alanna William, his brother, Jamal, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, friends, cousins, and students. The funeral will be held Saturday at 12:00 PM at Detroit World Outreach Church, 23800 W. Chicago, Redford, MI. Instate at 11:00 AM until time of Service. Visitation Friday 3-9pm at Church.
