Michael G. Cyr passed away on August 25, 2025 at the age of 66. Michael was born on November 12th, 1958 in Detroit, Michigan. Son of Judith Carrol and Marvin Cyr, he was the 2nd born of 5 siblings, Cheryl, Jaqueline, Mark, and Michelle. He married his high school sweetheart Mary, and had 2 daughters, Heather and Angela. He was a loving Grandfather to 5 Alysha, Javier, Katana, Letty, Zoey and a great Grandfather (papa Mike) to Massiah. He had such a creative mind and could turn anything into something special! He worked as an ice cream man at good humor for many years and loved to build model cars. Most of all, he loved to do crafty things with his grandkids. He will be missed dearly by his family and loved ones.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 3rd from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 4th at 11:00 a.m. All services located at Howe-Peterson Funeral Home and Cremation Services 9800 Telegraph Rd. Taylor, MI 48180.
