Age 55, of Lincoln Park. Preceded in death by parents Michael and Virginia Kazik, and brothers Thomas and Bob. Survived by his loving wife Jessica, mother in law Nancy Hooker, Father in law Thomas (Jennifer) Hooker, sister in laws Janna Ball and Liz Kazik, brother in law Robert Hooker, and many neices and nephews.
